Bike transport options

We have worked with Tas freight to secure some ripper deals for freighting the bikes to our event. .

 

All crate freight is based upon depot delivery/pickup from Melbourne.

​

Freight Depot to Event and return is at a cost of $530 per bike

​

Final bike drop off date is TBC.

 

Customer supplies the crate.

​

Crate dimensions are 800x2000x1000mm High or less. (Half Pallet Size)

​

Based around 200kgs allowing for extras/gear etc. 

​

These need to be pre booked before dropping off at MELB TASFREIGHT Depot

Insurance to be organised by yourselves through your own insurance or we can provide a broker name and details. 

​

All bikes to be shipped with enough time to make the event.  YOUR responsibility.

All bikes will be held in Launcestons freight depots secure holding yard, they will be transported all together on Thursday 21st September to Poatina for rider assembly

 

Reverse Sunday/Monday. Trailer collected Monday afternoon and all bikes dispatched back to depots for the customer to collect when they get back there.
